Meetings, Agendas, & Minutes

RSG meets weekly during the academic year (September - April) in the Rackham West Study Lounge, South Alcove.  For the Fall 2009 term, meetings will be on Thursdays from 7 - 8 PM.  Please visit our calendar to view our upcoming meetings

Any student or student group is welcome to speak to us at our regularly scheduled meetings provided that:

A. The student/student group emails the RSG President (rsg-president@umich.edu) by 5 PM at least 2 days preceding the meeting time asking to be slotted. The RSG President will do his/her best to slot them at the next available meeting. If the agenda is already full for that immediate meeting, they will be slotted at the next week's meeting.

B. The student or student group emails a hard copy of any handouts AND a brief summary of what they are going to speak about with their request. The RSG President will forward this to the Board for review prior to the meeting.

C. The student or student group understands that he/she/they will be limited to 5 minutes speaking and up to a 5 minute Q & A should the Board deem it necessary.

    Minutes from RSG's October 15th and November 5th meetings will be available on Thursday November 12th following approval by the Board.
